Gopher's Minions

KC:D (A Woman's Lot) #16 : The Judgement

Recommended Posts

In that time period the minimum punishment would have been far worse than going to church. Most likely the best outcome would have been entrance into a monastery and a life as a nun. It was very common for monks and nuns to have visions. In a monastery their visions were strictly controlled by the abbot or prior. Hildegarde of Bingen wrote numerous letters about her visions and many sermons. She was highly respected in her day as head of a nunnery.

I think this story is placed in about 1200. Hildegarde lived about 1120.

Still, the DLC was very well done and very interesting. I wonder what they will do next.
