So I was watching Oxhorn's How Settlement Attacks Work And after all the stuff about spawn points and why attacks appear inside walls when you Fast Travel; 8 minutes into the video he gave some information that was new to me and probably extremely useful knowledge for everyone, including Gopher. Specifically: 1. The higher your settlement happiness the lower the chance of being attacked 2. You actually only need 1 defence for every settler to get the maximum reduced chance effect. 3. The chance of a settlement being attacked never goes below 2%. Meaning that even with 3000 defence and 100% happiness, every settlement still has a 2% chance of an attack occurring every day. Also in another video he mentioned that the chance of a settlement successfully defending itself without you present is 50%. (if I recall correctly, which I may not) It does not take into account how much defence the settlement actually has at all; which is of course patently stupid, but well, its Bethesda. I don't know about you guys, but I think I may have to go mod shopping.
  2. So I have this weird bug where the inhabitants of Abernathy Farm keep showing up at my Red Rocket settlement. First it was just random settlers, but now even the family are coming over. Now I know my Red Rocket area is quite nice and well equipped, but it is also just for me and my companions and I really don't like the intrusion into my personal private space. Can anyone help? I thought it might be related to one of my expanded settlements mods, but even with those the non-buildable area between the Rocket and the Farm is vast. As it is I can only send the intruders to another settlement, which really leaves Abernathy shorthanded.

  4. Hey Minions, I just released my first mesh-replacement mod. No more wasting water by pumping it into the dirt. Put a bucket under there! Updates the water pump mesh to include high-tech water collection technology (actually, just a metal bucket). Enjoy!   5. Hey all I working on a base but I having some problems getting all the stuff I need to make it the way I want it, wondered if I should just cheat and make the base in godmode. I really wanting to play legit but man taking forever to build up my base tinker town. My character I playing as is based on sonic's robotnik aka eggman, Yes I know it silly but like the character a lot. I playing more like the Satam version of robotnik though.

I hope a modder would tweak and add more features to the settlement creation.adding things like a no clip mode so you and block up holes in the non destructible houses, destroy the half destroyed houses and removing the plants hedges and other items that are not removable in the base settlement system. do you think this will be a mod i hope so.
  7. Hi guy's, I'm rapping up my second play-through's main story and am about to go silly on my settlements. Which means i want to have all the things and make it look cool (dear lord help me once i finish leaving whole cities devoid of their coffee cups when I'm finished) Which means like any modder, you make it so you can make all the things.
